12:15 We were the only people in initially. Very quiet but pleasant enough.

Pleasant country hotel on the outskirts of town. The bar is more pubby than some hotels which can seem rather sterile. There is an area opposite the bar with plush upholstered seating and there is a side room with more pub like tables and chairs.
