The pub is found in Steventon, Oxfordshire, OX13 6SE.
In Stocks Lane, a CAMRA pub interior of National Importance. Bar service is from the cellar over a stable door. Three rooms, the best being the room next to the servery which takes the form of a snug formed from high back settles surrounding the fire place. An owner once famously tried to demolish the building with a mechanical digger!!
