Early afternoon fairly quiet with a few groups coming and going. Was clear to see the barmaid had no training on how to pull a pint but was willing to take on board a few tips from us whilst trying to keep straight faces!

I was pushed in here by a sudden very heavy downpour in the early evening. Pleased I came in – not been here since the first week the pub opened (c.2000?).
