Early evening visit using the meeting room. Only Volden cask here - seems big come down from the days of a good range.
Volden - Pale Ale4.60PoorHazy, proved to be almost last out of cask. Did not enjoy this tired ale
Volden - Session (or Session Ale)3.80Not Tried
11 Jun 2019 (Philip Pirrip)
Evening visit until 11pm close. Lilley's Apples & Pears cider downed. 3 of the 6 handpumps here dispense cider.

Volden - Summer4.20Not TriedA taster was appley and warm so unpalatable. I took the appley taste as a hint to try some cider!

11 Dec 2016 (Stephen Harris)
Just two other customers here a little after noon, with other potentials being put off by the lack of a Sunday lunch due to a no-show by somebody important in the kitchen. I was given a chocolate biscuit in compensation, which was a nice touch.
Gipsy Hill - Wayfarer4.60GoodA hazy, golden Wheat Beer. Not bad, but I’ve long wished that English breweries would be braver with their Wheat Beers and go the whole hog.
Hop Stuff - Fusilier4.30Not Tried
Volden - Pale (formerly Pale Ale) was 4.6%4.20Not Tried
