Shortly after 12pm opening 28 of us disembarked from a preserved ex East Kent bus (273 AUF) on the start of a local pub crawl. We were the only customers during our hour or so stay.

Early evening. Just us and a family ordering a meal. Radio 3 was being played in the background which made a pleasant change from the stuff that we are forced to listen to in many pubs.

Late Saturday afternoon and a good crowd in. This was my first visit here since it re-opened and it was encouraging to see it apparently doing well.

A traditional pub situated on Stone Street that has thankfully re-opened after what appeared to be a permanent closure. Closed late 2023 after licensee has a serious accident.
We have visited this pub 4 times, seen 5 different beers and tried them all.
