The pub is found in Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN17 7JS.

Early 20th century terraced pub expanded into private quarters in the 1960s and little altered since. On the right the original small bar was apparently two small rooms with an off sales in the past. The bar counter and bar back are at least 50 years old and the half panelled walls and fixed seating probably older. In the 1960s the lounge on the left was created from living quarters which retains its early 20th century tiled fireplace and initially the room had hatch service. The bar counter, bar back, half panelling and fixed seating were added in the 1980s.
