It was Tuesday lunchtime and I was standing waiting in sleet and snow for a bus that failed to arrive, there was a pub opposite so the decision was made, I had a couple of pints and returned to the bus stop to find the same unfortunate people still waiting, at least I had enjoyed a few beers in the warmth of a comfortable hotel lounge.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Hook Norton - Hooky3.50ExcellentA fine pint of good traditional ale.
Wye Valley - HPA (Hereford Pale Ale)4.00AcceptableVery pale with a tight white head, and those unpleasant bubbles that can appear on the side of the glass. I don't think this pint was quite right.
