Late afternoon. After being temporarily semi-blinded by a hospital eye test I pledged to take a 208 to Shortlands Tavern or 185 to All Inn One whichever came first and the 185 won. Relaxed pub and friendly and informative behind the bar.

The pub is found in Forest Hill, Greater London, SE23 2NE.

Once called the Foresters then renamed back in summer 2025 this independently run freehouse, operated by Fauna Brewing, is located 2 minutes away on "the other side" of Forest Hill railway station. Smartly decorated and furnished single room. Doubts over whether any cask ale is now sold here. Tacos food menu.

We have visited this pub once, seen 5 different beers and tried 1 of them.
