A wonderful pub, but unfortunately I was told that they are no longer stocking cask ales because of lack of demand.

My first visit here, and I really liked it, plenty of etched glass and wood panels. The landlord told me that restoration work is still very much work in progress. There were three cask ales on sale which is a big improvement on the none that were available previously. The barmaid was unable to tell me anything about Cauliflower Ale 4.3% apart from the fact that it is a house beer.
