14:55 We were now falling behind schedule and thought we may miss out on this pub as it closes at 15:00. Luckily they were staying open for a shooting party. We had the pub to ourselves.

Pan tiled pub, with a central bar and two dining rooms, one either side of the bar. The pub survived a serious fire in 1998, photographs of which are on display in the corridor leading to the toilets. The village shop is in the pub car park.
