Monday lunchtime - fairly busy, very welcoming. Low volume music and only 3 fairly discrete TV screens - best brew pub on our trip so far - as well as the most westerly brewery in the world it is close to Captain Cook's first landing on these Islands - so I had the beer and bought the t-shirt.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Kaua'i Island Brewing Co. - Wai'ale'ale Ale4.90ExcellentFresh and hoppy with a slight aromatic overtone.
Kaua'i Island Brewing Co. - Leilani Light4.30Good
Kaua'i Island Brewing Co. - Captain Cook's IPA6.20GoodAnother very big, bitter IPA - not as astringent as others on this trip - especially as the IBU was stated as 80. But this is definitely not a session beer.
