Evening - I think it was busy. Terrific mural on the far wall. Disappointing ale selection.

14:30 At last a pub that was just about as I remembered it. We were the only customers and had a really good chat with the Landlord & Landlady about the history of the pub and the King's Cross area.

Single bar with an original Victorian bar counter and remnants of the original bar back. Unusually, the cellar flaps are inside the pub with two doors that open in the front of the pub to allow beer deliveries. The pub is noted for its ukulele night.
