Evening visit. Quite a transformation from its previous incarnation. A narrow but deep floor space. All cask ales a fiver here.

Evening. The security guy, I hope jokingly, asked if I had Id - must be my youthful looking skin! Naturally I insisted that I was over 21 and he relented.

The pub is found in Borough, Central London, SE1 1HR.

Corner house on Borough High Street and its junction with a narrow alley. Bar and restaurant by day but transforms 7 nights a week into a low-lit karaoke venue with 4 large screens showing the lyrics, complemented by flashing and roving coloured lighting. The area adjacent to the karaoke stage is often used for impromptu dancing. Long narrow bar floor area and the counter has 3 handpumps. Been boarded up for several years and at November 2021 all windows and entrances have metal stud plates over them. Local press talked of a possible April 2025 re-opening and it did re-open with new name on Monday 7th April 2025. Now has 3 handpumps and 19 keg taps.

We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 6 different beers and tried 3 of them.
