20:00 Our accommodation for the night and where we had dinner. Faultless on both counts. Very much a food pub, busy with diners.

Pub number six on a tour of pubs in Merseyside, Cheshire and Shropshire. It is tucked away in rural Cheshire with splendid views. Thankfully this was a nice sunny day which meant that there was plenty of room inside the pub.

Nestling in the Peckforton Hills, this is a ramblers' and hikers' paradise. A relaxing country retreat to escape from the hustle of city life or for a quiet romantic weekend.
