Road side country pub. Handful in the public bar but no one in the lounge with me.

The pub is found in Musbury, Devon, EX13 8AU.
In The Street right on the crossroads between Seaton and Axmouth. There is a public bar, and a lounge/restaurant. Two outside areas, a front courtyard, with a boules piste, and a rear beer garden which is lawned and enclosed. The pub has been under new management since September 2016 and now has 3 real ales and is accredited by cask marque.
We have visited this pub once, seen 1 beer and tried it.
