Evening. Opened in March of this year. I fear this will further suck the life blood out of a number of other local pubs. No Available Soons and no price tags on the counter made for an uncluttered look.

In Draymans Way this has become an imposing building with the combination of an 1980s office block (Oceanic House) and Ivy House a Grade II listed building connected by a glass atrium. Opened in March 2015. Cavernous inside, on several levels with annexes and a large paved garden. 12 handpumps in 2 banks, each of 6.
