Mid day visit for a sandwich and a couple of pints before venturing out in to the rain to watch eight Spitfires and Hurricanes fly overhead. I was surprised to find table service here and to get a bill at the end of our session.

Situated at the end of Defiant Close opposite Lidl, this is a modern food orientated pub in the typical Marston's style. Many of the roads close to the pub are named after WW2 aircraft in recognition of Hawkinge Aerodrome's part in the Battle of Britain.
