15:00 Having enjoyed a brake van ride we returned here for more beer before catching a bus to Lewes. Much quieter with the departure of the diners. The Landlady very kindly took a photograph of us.

13:15 Busy with diners. A bus ride from Uckfield brought us here for a ride on the nearby railway. Forty five minutes until the next train gave us time for a beer here. Made very welcome.
