Sunday afternoon- most people in the sunny yard area. I’d finished my coast to coast cycle and met up with a regular from The Carpenters at Coldred who just happened to be in Bridlington also.

15:00 A planned two hour visit to Bridlington was swiftly curtailed to 40 minutes. The CAMRA heritage listed Station Buffet was closed for annual holidays and this pub wasn't brewing as the owners have acquired a second pub and were directing their efforts there. A pleasant and welcoming pub but we thought we would take the opportunity to have more time in Scarborough.
