13:25 Bit of a struggle to get here as the town centre was closed off following a fire. I first came here in 2001, there have been changes but the timeless front bar remains the same. Few locals in and conversation turned to which pubs we had visited.

The pub is found in Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3BX.

Late Victorian pub with an unspoilt public bar. Bench seating in the bay window, and built in seating along the back wall. A cabinet full of curiosities and a dresser with a set of pewter plates occupy the alcoves either side of the fireplace. Second room has hatch service from the rear of the bar. A third public room was converted to toilets in 2002.

We have visited this pub once, seen 4 different beers and tried 1 of them.
