Early evening stop. Much consumption of fish & chips at the tables around mine.
Greene King - Purple Reign4.10AcceptableFor a ‘Celebration Ale’ brewed to mark the Queen’s 90th birthday, this beer is not very special at all. A shade lighter and a shade dryer than the GK IPA.

About The Bayswater Arms

The pub sign. The Bayswater Arms, Bayswater, Central London

Summary of Beer Scores

The pub is found in Bayswater, Central London, W2 4QH.

A rebuilt pub at the base of a modern block. It has traded as Bentley’s and as the Rat & Parrot in recent years before adopting the current name. This is very much a tourist area and the pub is focussed on ‘traditional pub food’. CAMRA discount offered.

We have visited this pub once, seen 4 different beers and tried 1 of them.
