The pub is found in Islington, Central London, N1 9JB.

A large, street corner pub of late-Victorian vintage, standing prominently on Pentonville Road. Established by 1849, for most of its history this pub was called the Belvedere Tavern. Best known today as a live music venue, with rooms upstairs and a downstairs lounge. But it also has a large, high-ceilinged, ground floor bar and some pavement tables. The bar area is very woody and features flock wallpaper. As well as four handpumps on the bar counter, there are many US bottled beers to choose from and the pub is justly famous for its range of whiskies.

We have visited this pub once, seen 4 different beers and tried 1 of them.
