Well never been here before and it wasn't anything like I expected. I thought we'd walk in and be instantly ushered out for looking a bit scruffy, but no, it was a boozer, just one that looks like the front room of a country house. There were suits of armour, a massive fireplace, and lots of people drinking.

Mid afternoon friendly welcome a jovial group sat at the small bar who were enjoying a long lunchtime session. Not an exciting beer range but struck lucky again with beer quality. Love the gothic interior much akin to The Imperial Arms in Chislehurst.

Late afternoon and quiet. Cosy, relaxed atmosphere similar to a posh hotel bar.
