Early afternoon on a Friday, we sat by the window and supped our beers.
Marko Paulo - Mild Ale | 3.60 | | Disappointing. |

1600 opening time we were the first and only customers. Many tables crammed in a small space would render a rather cramped atmoshphere when busy.
Marko Paulo - Extra Special Ale | 5.20 | | Cold hazy and earthy |
Marko Paulo - Janet's Street Porter | 4.20 | Not Tried
Marko Paulo - Mild Ale | 3.60 | Not Tried
Marko Paulo - Proper Champion | 3.30 | Not Tried

Popped in at around 8pm and the place was doing a decent trade. Visit somewhat ruined by a trio of old chaps who possessed three of the most loud and obnoxious laughs I've yet encountered. Had to leave after the one!
Marko Paulo - Cream Stout | 4.30 | | In fantastic condition. Great example of a milk stout, bordering on too sweet for me but then I guess that's the style. |

Traveling out to Heathrow by tube and I managed to break my journey here for 45 minutes. This little pub seems to be blossoming, and the two beers I tried were really good.
Marko Paulo - Milk Stout | 3.60 | | A black, sweet Stout. Low strength and chocolaty. |
Marko Paulo - Niagara Falls | 4.90 | | A golden beer. Very well-hopped with US varieties. |
Marko Paulo - Northfields Special | 4.90 | Not Tried
Marko Paulo - English IPA | 5.60 | Not Tried
Marko Paulo - Northfields Best | 4.30 | Not Tried
Marko Paulo - Mild Ale | 3.60 | Not Tried

Afternoon visit for 4pm opening, we were greeted by a chap that we had met on a bus earlier in the day. A good micropub and brewery. There were five beers on offer from the Marko Paulo brewery, I have not listed them all to prevent possible duplication as many of them have similar names.
Marko Paulo - Mild v3 | 3.10
Marko Paulo - Golden Gate | 3.90 | Not Tried
Marko Paulo - Janet's Street Porter | 4.20 | Not Tried
02 Jun 2017 (Joe Gargery)
Friday afternoon session with Steve and Pedro.
Marko Paulo - Pilsner | 5.00 | | went well with the Old Winchester cheese from the shop next door |
18 Feb 2017 (Philip Pirrip)
Evening until 10.30pm close. My first ticked Micropub in West London. The proprietors' enthusiasm shows through and one gave me a lot of time explaining his business ethos. This is a certainly a Micropub in the purists' style.
Marko Paulo - Best Bitter v2 | 4.10 | | A good one |
Marko Paulo - Bitter Owl 2 | 3.50 | | Good flavour for a low abv |
Marko Paulo - APA v2 | 5.60 | Not Tried
Marko Paulo - Mild Ale 2 | 3.70 | Not Tried

A quiet evening in here, where I was the only customer for a while. It gave a good opportunity to chat with the owner-cum-brewer and view the brew-kit.
Marko Paulo - HHB (Hanwell Hopped Bitter) | 4.70 | | This was rather good. A dark, traditional Bitter, brewed using hops from the brewer’s own garden in Hanwell. It has a good balance and depth of flavour. |
Marko Paulo - Chin Chin Chinook | 5.00 | | This beer clearly needs more work, this being the last knockings of a first brew from December last year. It is a very thick, cloudy, amber colour (the next brew will be fined with gelatine). There are good, orangey flavours from the Chinook hops. But there is also a medicinal/phenol taint which the brewer thinks comes from the very alkaline water used here – to be chemically balanced in the next brew. |
Rebellion - Winter Royal | 5.40 | Not Tried | A recreation of the old Wethered's beer. |
Marko Paulo - Genius Dry Stout | 4.00 | Not Tried
Marko Paulo - Mild | 3.70 | Not Tried
