Latish evening visit. Well located opposite Canada Water railway and bus stations. Good to see handpumps in a newish bar opened last year.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Southwark - Bermondsey Best4.40AcceptableSoon lost head and went flattish
House Beer - Leadbelly's Bitter3.70Not TriedNot a sniff of brewing provenance on the pump clip so no go. Suspect it is a Greene King jobbie as the sister pub The Mayflower has such but the standard GK house beer is 3.9%. Might be re-badged Ruddles Best I suppose!
31 Aug 2017 (Stephen Harris)
Early-evening and this bar is busy with after-work crowds. A house beer also available at 3.7% which may be the Greene King beer.

The pub is found in Rotherhithe, Greater London, SE16 7AQ.

A spacious new, modern-looking pub on the square immediately outside Canada Water station and beside what remains of Canada Dock. Opened late 2016 on the ground floor of a mainly residential development. A high-ceilinged main room has a slightly awkward L-shape, plus there is extensive outside seating on the square and a large restaurant area to the rear. Two handpumps on the bar.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
