I liked this place and its beer a lot and lingered well into the evening.
Brew York - Imperial Tonkoko7.50ExceptionalFrom key-keg. Pitch black Milk Stout. The initial taste is dominated by a dry rasp of coconut, soon overtaken by a creamy sweetness. Perhaps my best beer of 2017 so far.
Brew York - Jarsa3.70ExcellentDescribed as a ‘Session Ale’, this is a pale golden beer with lovely fruity US hop tastes.
Brew York - Viking DNA5.00ExcellentA smoked, black Porter.
Brew York - X-Parrot6.50GoodCloudy gold and a bit fizzy from a keg, but very fine tropical fruity hop flavours.
