The pub is found in Hertingfordbury, Hertfordshire, SG14 2LB.
A large, grade II-listed, village pub with origins in the 16th century. The pub re-opened in 2017 after an extensive refurbishment which has seen the addition of a restaurant area and letting rooms to the rear. There is a large garden. Now the only pub in the village.
We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried both.
