In Watergate Street, although their brewery is in Wrexham, Big Hand have chosen Chester for the location of their taproom in Watergate Street. It occupies a fine old building at the edge of the town centre. There are eight handpumps on the bar. Then became Henry Potts in 2022 but then closed due to lack of footfall in July 2024.
