Here for our evening meal after Day 5 of our LEJOG tour. The only pub in the town open due to COVID 19. Has recently changed hands apparently and they really struggled with the outside, table-only service. Our group of 15 clearly swamped them and the service was very slow. Just one beer on.

Early evening friendly welcome and fairly quiet just a couple of groups engaged in softly spoken conversation made for a good atmosphere.
