Everards (see entries against Joule's & Robinsons whilst its new brewery was being built) - Old Original | 5.20 | More like it. Hardwood brown, smooth with definite chocolate notes, although the showerhead attachment did nothing for it.
Everards (see entries against Joule's & Robinsons whilst its new brewery was being built) - Sleighbell | 4.50 | A good three years has passed since I last enjoyed this lovely Everards seasonal. Sadly this didn't quite match up to the fond memories, rather bland and past its peak.

The pub is found in Thurnby, Leicestershire, LE7 9PJ.
Ancient thatched inn, only pub in the village, devastated by fire in 2004 but sympathetically restored a year later and now more popular than ever. Everards range includes the seasonal and a guest beer, usually Adnams.
We have visited this pub once, seen 5 different beers and tried 2 of them.
