Lunchtime visit and a really good boozer. The pub has its own branded over size lined glasses, something that I was impressed with. We enjoyed a Bubble & Squeak Pastie with our beers and chatted with a chap who was wearing his late father's best flat cap made of Derby Tweed. Other beers as already listed by Magnus.
White Horse - Black Beauty3.90ExcellentDelicious, I really enjoyed this.

Early afternoon and fairly quiet in this superb unspoilt pub with two separate rooms either side of the bar area with a crackling smoky coal fire to add to the ambience. Friendly welcome and good beer range with over sized lines glasses to sup one's pint.
Deeply Vale - Citra Storm4.00ExcellentSubtly citrussy made for a smooth mellow refreshing pint
