Evening visit until 10pm close. Very friendly partners run this venture, one a brewer, the other a beer sommelier. No cask ale and I have no idea if the keg beers, from KeyKeg containers, I tried are real ale so may be marked on this site. I tried a Boxcar 4.6 pale and a 7% North / Pressure Drop collaboration Baltic Porter & Cherry.

About the Plumsteadshire

The pub sign. Plumsteadshire, Plumstead, Greater London

The pub is found in Plumstead, Greater London, SE18 1PP.

First opened on Thursday 16th January 2020, a pop-up bar in the Lakedale Coffee café at the bottom end of Lakedale Road. Opens only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings once the café has shut for the day. 4 keg taps, bottles and cans supply the beer some of which may be real ale, however no cask ale is available. Seating is at low tables. It is operated by the Common Rioters Brewery whose beers are currently brewed at Brew Buddies, but others brewers' wares are on offer here too. Short term venture which ceased operating in early March 2020 so the proprietors could concentrate on their market stalls business and ongoing plans to set up their own brewery and taproom in Eltham.

We have visited this pub once, seen 0 different beers and tried them all.
