A rather odd, afternoon visit. It took me ages to find the little premises on a rambling industrial estate, and when I did find it (through a rear door) it wasn't at all clear whether it was actually open. Somebody poured me a couple of beers however, and then got back to the job of fitting pipes, suggesting that my beers were unlikely to have been brewed here.

The pub is found in West Norwood, Greater London, SE27 0DJ.

Second Wave Brewing was established in the second half of 2018 with a small taproom opening across the road from Norwood Bus Garage. The beer was cuckoo-brewed in Scotland. A small brewing kit was installed at this address in the summer of 2019, but the whole operation closed soon afterwards.

We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried both.
