Complete contrast to The Bird In Hand very quiet just one group in the lower bar so plenty of space around the deserted main bar. My short measured pint was gracefully topped up by the amiable barmaid.

Early afternoon and quiet we were the only customers upon entry. Mostly table seating however we sat at a couple of stools with a small table at the end of the bar.
