Another busy city centre pub for a late afternoon pint, we found a free table albeit with painting work in place nearby thankfully didn't cause any issues.

The pub is found in Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6PW.

Splendid old pub in Bird Street, on a street largely given over to trendy bars and restaurants. The pub was the birthplace of the Staffordshire regiment, with the house ale of Lillingstone's Regimental named in honour of the officer who raised the regiment. Good value bar meals are served at lunchtimes and Friday and Saturday evenings. The guest beers are from the Marston's portfolio. Beer terrace to the rear. Quizzes, open mic and live entertainment feature regularly.

We have visited this pub once, seen 4 different beers and tried 1 of them.
