After a very long walk I was desperate for a drink. This is a bit of an odd pub, not sure why. Friendly enough with a good locals feel. Probably won't be rushing back though.

Shepherd Neame - Master Brew Bitter3.70AcceptableI really needed a pint so this tasted good at the time. In hindsight it was a very average pint that took about 10 pulls on the pump to fill the glass.

The pub is found in Old Wives Lees, Kent, CT4 8BH.

Attractive converted barn in the centre of the village. Deceptively small inside. A strong community feel. Once a Shepherd Neame house that was later run by the community.

We have visited this pub once, seen 1 beer and tried it.
