Stop 1 on a sunny Sunday cycle. Surprised this pub has not been added to the site before. A good, traditional village local. Half a dozen other cyclists and a small contingent of three from the Dover CAMRA branch turned up. Shame about the ale choice - but a pleasant visit nonetheless.

In The Street, with wood & slate floors, wooded beams and exposed brick walls add to the friendly & welcoming atmosphere of this village pub. Deceptively spacious pub with a separate side room and a function room upstairs. Outside there is plenty of seating on the lawned garden or raised patio.
