Ian | | 24 Jul 2008 | Just so in my drinking zone. Blond, hoppy and in great condition. Touch of diacetyl here boosts the malts to balance the hops. Not uber hoppy by my standards, but certainly I can still taste the bitterness 30 mins later. |

Ian | | 07 Aug 2007 | Gold, bubbly white head. Typical Oakham hop aroma. Alcohol is a little sticky, but in a good way. Excellent finish. Not as good as the Bishops Farewell I had later on in the day, which was perfect. |
