IanExcellent26 Aug 2006 Golden colour with thin white head. Sherberty US style hop aroma with some yeast. Good grapefruit/tangerine fruit in mouth, with lasting US hop grapefruit finish. I met the brewer in the White Horse, Parson's Green and he is unsurprisingly an American. But in Harrogate? Chinook, Cascade, Mount Hood are all possibles for the hops. Malt is OK in mouth, but a little watery. Good hoppy citrus bite on end is lovely.
