Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

AndrewAcceptable12 Nov 2008 I've never been a fan of Wadworth beers and this one did little to change my opinion. It smelt of grass and was lively and sharp, tasting of lemon grass. It was probably a green-hop beer and I wasn't that impressed with it.

IanAcceptable29 Oct 2008 Copper colour, lasting thin ivory head. Yeasty slightly farty aroma. It's a yeasty bitter. Some caramel, faint dryness on finish. Average Wadworth beer, i.e. not that good.
