Stephen Harris		24 Jul 2015	A very dark ruby-red colour. Served with a big, thick head. A burnt toast roastiness dominates, but dandelion and burdock (D&B) flavours do come through.

Ian		30 Apr 2009	Very very dark brown. Quite lasting beige head. Vinous dark fruity aroma. A little rubbery maybe. Good blackberry blackcurrant fruit throughout. A bit of tar, but I like the cab sauv qualities.
