| Ian |   | 29 Dec 2005 |  Deep copper with thin off white head.  Earthy hop aroma, sharp hop flavour in mouth with apple/pear fruit flavours.  Drying hop finish.  bit over done.  Just a tad too sharp for winter, but a good palate cleanser.  Slightly eggy aroma too. |
