3 guests on. So much cheaper than other spoons. Wine £1.69. Beers £1.99. Till tomorrow. Menu the same. How does Dover Spoons do it? Came here cos Just reproach shut in Deal...and Lanes closed. Will check for other places if Lynne will allow me. Having a drink for Chris Excel on his birthday.

Down to remember the Dover beer festival and many happy memories. The toilet here was disgusting. But where can you get a fish and chips and a pint of the beast for £5.29?

Start of a crawl in Dover with my daughter. We are a bit before noon so pop into Wetherspoons to start - it seems like a time-warp - more like a Friday evening than 11:45. Nearly all tables occupied, more people in here than the entire high street. They start partying early in Dover.

Visit to Dover castle but so wet and windy we left quickly to come here. 8 guests and fullish on a Friday pm. Nice fish and chips 2 quid cheaper then ramsgate.
