Ian | | 09 Jan 2006 | Slightly hazy (not quite ready yet) gold/red colour with thin off white lasting head. Typical Rooster’s aromatic US hop aroma. slightly nettlely and harsh. Lots of citrus, grapefruit and lemon flavours. Sweetish and full in mouth with juicy malt and then citrus hop zesty finish. Always like Rooster’s beers and this is no exception |
4.30% ABV.
Gold medal. Cask conditioned beer (Cat 3.9% - 4.5% ABV) at the 2005 International Brewing Awards. Pale coloured aromatic bitter, with three kinds of aroma hops. Great fruity aromas and long finish. Moderate bitterness.
