Ian |  | 18 Apr 2010 | Certainly a good looking beer. Some very good fruit in the mouth red and dark fruits. Malts are quite sweet too. Not much like Uerige fresh or a couple of the others, as this is a bit fuller than something like the Schlossel. But overall it’s a tasty fullish sweetish malty beer with some dryness on the finsih. Would I pick this as an Alt in a blind tasting? Probably not, more a malt led best bitter. Drinkable enough though. |
