Hogan Sampling		20 Jun 2026	1st beer of this visit: Poured with a lasting head and lacing on this Southminster-brewed session pale ale. A dry hoppy first hit from its earthy and mildly fruited English hops used sparingly to aid its maltiness to win over its bitter notes. A malty sweetness with hints of brown sugar and caramel lingering from its mix of locally sourced East Anglian pale malt alongside crystal and darker malts to give it its distinctive mid-brown body and sweet caramelised touches. Served in very good form with great conditioning.
