thebrewingmanPoor18 Feb 2011 A very bland golden ale that didn't really taste of anything. Most unlike a Westerham beer.
Martin the MildmanGood07 Feb 2010 Well balanced with good hop and malt flavours. My score 15/20.

Westerham Black Eagle Special Pale Ale "SPA"

3.80% ABV.

A golden ale using the finest Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt and a small amount of Amber Malt which imparts a dry, biscuity flavour. Hops are First Gold for an added citrus quality and a fruity, slightly spicy note.

We have tried this beer 7 times.

We have given this beer an average score of Acceptable to Good.
