IanAcceptable29 Dec 2005 Deep copper with thin off white head. Earthy hop aroma, sharp hop flavour in mouth with apple/pear fruit flavours. Drying hop finish. bit over done. Just a tad too sharp for winter, but a good palate cleanser. Slightly eggy aroma too.
