AlenomoreExcellent10 Nov 2010 A very good, fruity type wheat beer. Good enough for a second pint too.

Martin the MildmanAcceptable01 Nov 2010 Malty amber brew with little to give it away as a wheat beer. Usual trademark Batemans peppery/cardboard malt taste. My score 14/20.

The Samuel Lloyd, Corby, Northamptonshire

StephenExcellent31 Oct 2010 Clean refreshing very very good
StephenExcellent30 Oct 2010 A good beer from a fine regional brewery refreshing citrus clear with a tight white head on a golden body

The King Johns Tavern, Hartlepool, Durham

IanAcceptable29 Oct 2010 Clear copper gold, lasting off white head. Batemans house yeast all over it. Farty yest dominates the aroma with a touch of lemon. It's not much in mouth, some biscuit. Some dryness on finish. Wheat beer? Fart yeast and biscuit dominate.
