I really like this edge of town centre pub, which was pretty thoroughly taken over this lunchtime by fellow football fans on the way to a match at Crawley Town.

Ok Not updated for ages so hear we go. There seems to be problems on and off with the Hophead which being listed as one of the House ales is a little hard to swollow. I have noted that a number of customers have pointed this out to the staff and "its in hand" whatever that means. Up coming beer fest looks good. The pub has had a major re paint on the inside over the last few months. It all looks nice and clean now. The beer is good as always and in fairness to the staff if you ever make a comment about it they are more then happy to change it. The Kissingate brewery seems to have managed to get every one of there beers in the pub, and it sells very very well.

Kissingate - First Kiss5.10GoodNot my cup of tea (or beer for that matter) however a new brewery in Crawley being supported by the number one outlet for real ale in Crawley. Well done to both
Dark Star - Hophead was 3.8% (some has also been brewed by Fuller's)3.40AcceptableNot at its best to be fair, but it seems like this everywhere even Dark Stars own pubs. Still £2.50 a pint happy days
